Hi, I’m Hannah 🫶🏼 This year I’m saying yes to new things and finding my way back to old passions that still feel like home. I’m figuring things out as I go, learning, unlearning, and growing into a more honest version of myself. I’m excited to share and explore here, creating a little space for whimsy, wonder, and meaningful connections along the way ✨🧚🏼♀️🌿

I’m sharing this here because this feels like the only place that would truly understand it. For a long time, I thought wellness looked like productivity, success, surviving, pushing through. I thought if I just worked harder, sacrificed more, stayed busy enough, I’d eventually feel whole. I didn’t. This photo is a screenshot from a video. You can see it in our faces. That exact second when you realize this is it. This is wellness. I work day and night to provide for my family of four. I’ve built a life I fought hard for and somehow, along the way, I forgot myself in the process. I forgot that well-being isn’t optional. It’s not a reward you earn after burnout. My heart was tired before I ever admitted it. And then there were moments like this. Where my heart felt full. Where my soul felt fed. Where love, laughter, and presence did what no achievement ever could. My wellness is my family. My friends. My people. This is my version of wealth. Not more, but enough. I believe Wellgather exists to bridge the gap between surviving and actually living. Between doing life and feeling it. And I’m grateful to finally be in a space that honors that truth. Thank you for welcoming me, Wellgather. This is the beginning of choosing wholeness on purpose. 🤍

Hi, I’m Kevin. I play badminton every week and run from time to time. I love beach trips and swimming in salt water. I used to play basketball and cycle regularly. Lately, my shoulders have been killing me so I think it’s time for a much-needed massage!

Hello, friends and family! ❤️ Marla here from Wellgather! I want to warmly welcome you and send you the biggest virtual hug. If you’re reading this, thank you for being here, truly. You’re now part of the Wellgather community, and I couldn’t be more grateful to begin this journey with you. This vision came to life because of the wonderful souls who believed in the mission and carried it with love before it ever became a platform. This platform was born from a deep desire to find and share transformative wellness activities, something I’ve been seeking since I began my own wellness journey. Wellness didn’t change my life because of one perfect yoga class or meditation. It changed when I started doing it with people. This is the healing power of a collective wellness community. This space exists as a legacy for the people we love, the ones who didn’t always have the chance to choose a healthier, more supported life because wellness wasn’t accessible. It’s for you and me. For our friends. For our family. For all the people we love, And the people we’ll meet along the way. A place to come together and experience wellness as it was always meant to be -- together. Use this space to share a wellness experience that made you feel truly alive or connected, alone or with others. I am so excited to see your wellness experiences. Now, let’s start organizing and sharing our wellness journey, shall we? ✨

Swam in college. Swimming again now. Not for medals this time, but for wellness, clarity, and staying afloat in every sense.

I always look forward to the moment I have a trip booked. Traveling — whether alone or with friends — nurtures wellness by refreshing the mind, energizing the body, and reconnecting us with what truly matters. ✨
